Japan Trip!

japan trip was really fun! better than thailand haha. but too hot.

Day 1 pictures!
hui dou ne gor airport was older than i expected, the customs officers take pics of everyone coming into jp haha i did a "V" sign behind tanya when she took her pic. you'll see what i mean when you make your mom go first in the customs ho gau siu everyones faces get distorted LOL.

and then my deh went to rent a phone from ABC company and cuz we use hsbc mastercard ngo dei yau discount wor as a bonus, d jp workers jun hai ho friendly and honest. then we bought our first jp meal from a snack shop, triangle seaweed things! haha. then we went outside and i saw our tour bus, wa ho yeet a, and i saw a smoking booth. really cool but must be really stinky inside. gei considerate a, d jp ppl.

our tour guide sucks. he always talks about in jp you cant be cheap and 5000 yen is supsup sui. sik gor ramen outside on the streets dou yiu 500 yen at least. 1000 yen = 20 hkd wor. haha. he kept saying hui trip jau yiu yu jor spend, and spend duc hoi sum d, ng ho gu hon. and he also said jp medicine is the best. i think hes trying to get us to buy sashimi boat, and all the other stuff hes selling in the future.

we went to a stoobamarket and i see so many good snacks chips a, ice cream a, ho pang a! kirin tea is only 100 yen haha. and ho dor haagen daz, and their price tags, are solar powered and changes electronically. cool. their cash tills ho ying. you pay them money and they dump it in a slot then the change spews out another slot so no one can steal money and things are quick and precise.

wa jp ho dor baskin robins ga later jau gin dou. upstairs ne, yau daiso, the real jp daiso and that mall has jp watsons, and the first aracde i see in jp.

dinner was at that hotel. buffet. ho jang a d icy. icy with condensed milk only ho gwei sei jang. LOL patrick wants to start a icy business cuz hk mo. our hotel is right by the airport, no where near tokyo. kinda a letdown, but my deh said our tour fee is really cheap, ngo dei hai cheap yun LOL so the places we live in will be far from tokyo. just like we live in tsawassen and robson is tokyo.

sang gor family play cards, hoi party at night and drink this new "autumn" beer that we bought in the stooba market earlier ho high haha. we use one hotel room to party lol.


Day 2 pictures!
we sat on the bus for a long time and came to a rest at a "pitstop" because in jp drivers cannot drive for more than 2 hours straight. yut ding yiu rest so ho dor lee d pitstops. these pitstops look like malls!! but with lots of parking spaces for trucks and buses.

I saw a dog that did the eason dog thingy!! gei cutE ho choi took a pic jek! and then i saw a lot of vending machines theres even one that has a video camera showing the process of your drink being made!! and then i bought that lotte ice cream! everywhere dou hai! so i bought one lor! ho jang! nomnom! sor ju fai d sik a! lang gor gor gacha gacha

we then continued our way to this temple, ho chi near shan jong wu. "lake on the mountain". there are a few differnt lakes nearby mt fuji and this is one of them. ho lang ga the scenery, first time i see the japanese red shrine thingy! they also have spring water that flows into this dragon head and we can drink the water and wash hands! but siu sum d a, ho dor dai 6 lo ng sik procedure water may be dirty so get it fresh from the spout and only wash hands only.
wa gor lake ge water jun hai ho clear and the sun is sp bright, it made the water glisten like fish scales. ho lang ho lang. at that moment ngo yee ging lau sai hon, feet yee ging tong again. so i bought geedorree "gatorade" jp vers! haha c ha lor!

we then went back down the mountain for a pirate ship boat ride across the lake to a cool place where you eat black eggs of longevity! in the meantime while we wait for a boat we went to 7-11 and saw 7-11 dai pai dong haha and so many jagabee shake shake!! keke yin bei sor ju tai.

on the boat ride we saw a super long eyelash boy ho chi girl haha. yuen loi japan ne, every tourist attraction dou yau limited edition merchandise like stitch, hello kitty, kero kero. yau black egg hello kitty here, jing hai lee dou yau duc mai. black egg ne, hai yong 80 degrees celcius ge spring water lei cook kui and it turns black and if you eat it, jau wui churn 7 years of life (or 3 yrs as the tour guide claims). i ate ramen and black egg as lunch there! i ordered fat pork ramen yuen loi in jp is called "chaaa shiu raamen" ho ying, char siu ramen haha.
japan d eggs even hardboiled or ramen style, it is armarm sook. the yolk is not runny yet not solid. so coool!!

after lunch, we ate egg ice cream made from the black eggs i think. lee dou famous. gei ho mei wor! mei sik gor ho gor yun. i can taste the egg. after that sui yeen ho yeet outside and sunny i had to hike up to find the boiling springs cuz i see the steam spewing from the mountain. ngo dei gik jor 5 mins dou and then lau sai hon. those springs STINK, i think its sulfuric acid or sth. burning sulphur is really stink and the water is opaque. the view and the sight is worth the heat and my hurting leg though. fong sum a! ngo surn bus gor c jau take off my boot for ventilation and the next day when i wek up jau ng tong ge la.

our tour bus is a POS, cuz we sit at the back, we cant hear the tour guide cuz his mic is broken lol. so then the front half of the bus can hear him talk and we at the back have our own convo going on, iether that or we are sleeping. leen ngo dou yau c wui hup jerk a cuz the tour guides mumbly voice through the broken mic ho chi hypnotize ngo gum lol. so we cant hear most of what he is saying. ngo dei dou mo mut dim learn japanese from the guide.

so our next destination is called Gotemba Premium Outlet! war dar looks like seattle gorgor geh haha. its a mixture of usa brands and jp brands. ngo gin dou yau VW, anna sui, burburey, haagen daz, lee yurn gor yun ho dor brands la jong g! jun hai gor gerk yuet lei yuet tong. jp everywhere dou hai haagen daz ngo jong yu yun ng ju la! haha outlet d haagen daz pang d so we bought some! yuen loi jp d package duc d haagen daz ho cool ga!! so convenient, yut rip along the arrow jau neatly open the bag. reminds me of izumiya triangle things.

gun ju went on bus daap hui ho far up the mountain to a spring resort. that hotel remote dou ne we have to get off our tour bus cuz the bus is too big to go on the tight and twisty road. ngo dei bik sai surn mini bus go up the mtn. that bus driver ho ho yeh. professional driver haha. ngo dei sang yut yee wai kui crash haha. but that place ho up dup. theres no elevator, walk stairs, and ho dor dai 6 lo a!!! everyones wearing bath robes loool. ngo jui ng jong yee jau hai ngo dei d hotel room yau jum weird smell. gwai gwai dei but i got used to it after. even at a remote place like this dou yau gep gep machine and arcade loool but most of the machines are broken LOL.

first time jum wun chuen! at first yau d embarrassing haha ho gau siu and then afterwards dou gwan jor la. kui dei wa natural spring but the pools are manmade, perhaps the water is naturally sourced. but okay la! its pretty old, the facilities but okay la. new experience! d water jun hai ho yeet. afterwards shower yuen jau go upstairs. jui shui jau hai gor gor location of the springs is bad, yau stairs ge!! jong hai yiu uneven tim, cobble stones gum. ngo ho man gum go down lor, really slowly, jau mo c.

at night my parents and my sisters and mushroom were too tired so jing hai sc patrick jason and me hoi party lor sik snacks we bought at that stoobamarket on the first day and played big 2. ng g kim ga gum ho choi that day haha i won and patrick got pwn. LOL wan jor 10 rds lor and then tmr yau yiu jo wek. everyday wek at 630 lol.

Day 3 pictures!
hotel dinner was pretty crappy. boon loi yest night we couldve eaten shabushabu dim g kui dei gau chor jor and we ate crappy buffet instead. but this moning we tried their bfat and its pretty crappy too so ngo lum yest night ge shabu shabu dou hai gum crappy ge la. then we got on the bus to go a village to gin sik ha. on the way we saw mt fuji!!!! ngo gin dou ho big ge mtn covered by clouds and ngo wa "lee gor hai mai mt fuji a" and then everyone wa hai wor!! haha and then tourguide wa "la, lee gor jau hai mt fuji la balbalbal" then he starts to talk. he sucks. we pass some land marks or something famous kui dou ng wui introduce until someone on the bus sees the landmark and points it out. tourguide wa cuz of the geography, mt fuji always gets covered by clouds so ng hai sang yut gin dou.

wa that village ho lang a! gin dou shui che ngook. and the creeks and rivers are really clear. theres even a pond that is 10 meters deep and we can see the bottom of the pond. ho clear a d water! ho lang a! foot bridges and stuff.ho yau jp feel. gor gor tour guide dou mo gong thatched grass roofs ge.
gun ju ne we went to another village. HO YEET A!! haha lau sai hon haha. but d jp ppl ho ging we see ppl playing baseball in the sun. ngo dei walk around the village lor. in jp everywhre dou sell icy and ramune soda.

gun ju ne ngo dei hui fan that pirate ship place dou sik lunch a! that is the place where we eat set lunchs, everyone dou hai sem, g gei ge tray, yau d udon, some slices of pork, yau d choy, and rice yum jong haha. thats the place where the sashimi boat we ordered came. wa ho wun bun a. theres this big fish there jong yau ho dor yook sai sai cuz kui dei ng deep fry it or make soup out of it. 26000 yen jek hai around 2500 hkd. holy. sik fan gor c yiu surn tatami mats jau yiu take off shoes la, but d dai 6 lo mo chui dou LOL and the waitress gil kui dei take off and then saw 1 dai 6 lo secretly bring his shoes in and hide it under the table loool.
the bento box ne, yau bowl of udon and a soup that is boiling under an element. when it boils, jau dump the udon in the soup. to the left of the boiling soup jau yau few pices of boiling pork with siusiu ho chi posh gor d oily sauce. looool d dai 6 lo hur hur sang do sai d udon onto the plate of boiling pork slices and not into the soup. haha and then kui dei 15 mins sik yuen jau leave la. ho gon c gan gum. then they opened the restaurants windows to take shots of the beatufiul lake scenery without considering there is AC in the restaurant. aii lol. oh and i saw some dai 6 lo brought her water bottle into the kitchen to refill her water.

after lunch we started to drive for tokyo center finally! haha. on the way we saw a huge roller coaster. thats japans fastest and tallest roller coaster wor yuen loi. ho chi worlds fastest or sth.

wa tokyo jun hai yeet. but mo ban fat dou yiu gai jook walk. ngo dei first arrive at this place like mk. ho dor yeh mai, ho dor yun, streets are filled. they have brnads like stussy a, head porter a, as well as cheap yeh. thats where i saw a boutique shop with coca cola lor! and i bought a coca cola shirt! my first thing i bought from jp that actually represents jp cuz the lettering is jp. there is a nearby subway station that is historic. oh and gor d pedestrian crosswalks ne yau timer to get ppl to walk faster i guess haha. gorgor street ne, i saw bakudanyaki ho chi tenku gum haha and i also saw alot of black guys standing on the street bik lei mai kui dei d yeh, ng g kim ga all black guys, and i see lots of ppl like guu screaming and selling their stuff haha. thers also a lot of jp ppl ho hip d fashion, boys and girls. d girls ho ging dou ng g kim ga kui dei ng wui sweat. and guys have towels to wipe their sweat, they got used to it cuz kui dei gor mood mo change dou even when its hot out. i see so many girls wearing floral!! wa sor ju ho nek wor, yau g floral ho hit! keke

after that short while of 1-2 hours of freedom walking, we got back on the bus and went to the real city center of tokyo haha. i finally see a real Isetan!! and ho dor gep gep machines and shops dedicated to gepgep yeh lol. ho dor ho dor. ngo dei only had like 2 hrs or so to shop again. we didnt spend much time in tokyo city most of our trip dou hai in the suburbs ge. cherrr. jun hai wan ng gau tokyo. oh thers a cool shop that sells everything, like a mini walmart, jp style, tight asiles, and merchanidise lum dou ho go and ho dor. ho colorful. you get lost in there. i cant even find the elevators, yuen loi yau 3 floors, meh dou sell, my meh bought a rice cooker there lol. kui die sell ice cream, bread, all the way to pants, suitcases, electronics, detergent. lol meh dou yau. jon gyeen g ho tight la inside. gei yau jp feel lol.

at night we went to a shabu shabu ayce place to eat dinner. okay wor dou. yua yau ice cream popsicle sticks ayce. ho jang! yau ho dor meats to choose from, noodles, rice, congee, shoup, salad, mushroom a, meh dou yau.

fan hotel gor c ne, we were amazed to see that we are going to stay in this hotel. its so tall, 50 sth stories, tallest in the area. ngo dei live here for 2 nights. jp ne, hotels hoho, even the crappy ones from before dou yau tooth brush that are individually packaged, gei neat. tongiht mo party la, tai tired cuz tmr is disneyland day.

Day 4 pictures!
patrick gun ju tourguide hui disneyland in the moning to get tickets for us and he rode the train to a nearby outlet mall to meet us up so we can shop for a few hrs and then sin hui disneyland fai c spend sai whole day there la, we want more freedom and shopping. thats when we bought the graniph shirts! and the mystery bags lol. we took a hotel shuttle bus, g gei daap hui wun patrick at the mall. hai wor outlet ne yau adidas B-grade stuff that sells for super cheap. thats where tanba and nana bought their colorful shoes lol ho pang. and we bought some soccer jerseys M size for 500 yen only! jek hai 50hkd, yau licensed soccer jersey.

then we walked to train station and ate foodcourt lunch, ho yeet a! so i ate soba. gun ju ne we bought tickets to go to disneyland. wa train station yau air conditioned waiting area haha. on the train ne, no one cantalk on the cell phone or put on make up lol so everyone keeps texting only and the train is pretty quiet. wa yuen loi japan yau ikea and coseeco ga wor!! sei la today gum yeet, disneyland jun hai sun fu.

disneyland was a sunday, holy, bin gor pin ga d schedule. we lined up for nearly 2 hrs for splash mtn. and then we videotaped the whole ride, lum ju buy our photo of the ride just like the sc photo in LA disney. haha but then the jp ppl didnt put our photo up and didnt sell us the photo becuase we are setting bad example for videotaping the ride. lol mo yun wa no camera wor!! so we apologized and mun kui die hor ng hor yee joi wan gor the ride cuz we wwant to buy the pic and they let us play again haha. so we played twice in the end. the other ride we played is a river boat ride, pirates of carribean. mo la. 2 rides and we're done for te day. gum yeet and line up ho long, somehow it took up the whole day. we ate dinner at disneyand then we shopped at the boutiques. instead of fireworks at night, disneyland shot waterworks instead haha. its like water jets that fire up into the sky much taller than the castle itself ho ying, ppl watching it gets wet. oh and i saw for the second time, a GREEN SHIRT KID alliance. he was on the marry go arnd. the first time i saw a green shirt kid yest, i couldnt get a good pic of him but today bei ngo jook dou another one. holy they're all over.

fan dou hotel yau hai jum spring again. thsi time i got a camera heh heh haha cuz lee dou yau locker instead of the really remote spring resort. jau suen lee dou d spring hai fake dou ho jang, yau sauna that goes to 90 degrees celcuis! wow haha ngo die ding ng shun inside ho gook. and we kept going into hot and cold water haha ho jang. cuz the water is so hot ngo dei yut dip into cold tub gor c ng cold cuz our bodies are so hot, mo shiver dou. and then afterwards go back into hotel room gor c dou ho yeet, the heat is radiating from our bodies lol.

Day 5 pictures!
we took the shuttle bus to the same outlet today. boon loi ne we are going to this place called "silver tower" for 45 mins then afterwrds we leave for the airport. yut d dou ng shun lo thats why jing hai duc gum siu time at silver tower. then ngo dei jik gaat VOTE haha cuz we have 11 ppl, the majority of the tour. ngo dei suggest hui fan the outlet we went to yesterday before disneyland beucase gor dou ho dor yeh mai. and then we convinced other tourist to go there cuz gor dou hor yee han at least 2 hours and more cuz its on the way to the airport and gor dou ho dor yeh mai, unlike silver tower. so they all agreed lor. even the tourguide wa lee gor option ho d. so we went to that outlet mall, graniphy mall. they open at 10 but we got hter at like 945 so we waited for them to open, wa ho jun c, 955 dou they start to play music in the mall, then at 10 sharp, the doors open, so does all the shops open, in unicen. then there will be 1 worker from each shop that stands at the front for two mins to greet customers, even though when the mall has none yet. we bought so many clothes, my deh and sc and me bought it at that store called "atelier sab" some random shop but ho cheap lor 80% off.

the last meal in jp is at this tepanyaki place, dou ho jang, the first time i saw sushi in jp is on the last day, yau yua ice cream again. everyday dou sik haha. jun fei. kui dei d selection dou ho dor. meats and veggies and all. theres even squid! ho hurn. ng g kim ga in jp all the resaurants dou ng gau AC gau dou yuet sik yuet yeet.

at the airport we saw the first jp uniqlo. lol and then i saw someone sending their dog into cargo bay. ho charm a! dog ng hoi sum lol. and the woman dong gor dog hai child gum po. and then we went to a boutique and saw some chicken wing snacks war dar lol. oh and saw some jp signs that are pretty funny at the gates. mo la! and fan fan home lor! hui gor c chor old cabin plane, fan hk gor c chor new cabin.


fan dou hk we ate $10 noodle. HO PANG A! haha and gei jang. not bad at all. yee ga regular price noodles dou yiu $20 gei for a bowl but lee dou only $10 size dou decent. haha we brought it home to eat.

first day in hk ho sun fu a! ho choi its not that hot! u say sor yeh! mmma! ngie heh of course I had as much fun as sor ju on ur bday!! jong sai mun! ku dou ku dou la!! I wish we can do it all over avain! sor ju fai d lei la!!!!!! so we can hve just as much fun as aug 20th!!

update again! i bought uniclo jens for $299 and then found the pen i was looking for! today at times square. spiral escalator! ngo armarm sin fan dou home tau sin ate dinner at hotpot ho bao a ho dor yeh sik but beef mama dei too fat. my legs are so tire. left and right. heels. shins. calfs. thighs. earlier today ngo sit on bus nearly fell asleep. ho tired a! i try foning u again tmr! yee ga lei dei gor dou 8 dim gei tai jo.

Last day in Vancouver with you.

more than 1 month sin gin dou lei a! sont worry you will always be.on my mind so I won't forget what you look like! keke. I'm currenty watching them re supply the plane out the window ho taan lol but so silipy. cuz I'm on a lawn chair haha. or cheese sut duc.lok. no mun tai we crammed it. and. go dou c upload aug 20 special pics onglie!! aiya I feel so weird inside, ho ng she duc lei. dou ng g dim spend the month. I'll try to locate BB store! and I didn't sit in those golf cart things, I walked the whole way but security didn't make me tAke it off lo they took samples of my boot instead.

A day to remember, Happy Birthday!

DIY -- Vinyl Wrapped my Netbook!

This stuff is really popular in the automotive industry because it's relatively easy to apply, not to mention cost effective against real carbon fiber and re-painting the car. A simple wrap will transform your car to your desire, whether it is in textured carbon fiber, or matte colors, you will be pleased!

I purchased it through this online store called metro restyling and the total came out to be $8 bucks before shipping

As an experiment, i tried wrapping my netbook in 3M's Di-Noc white Carbon Fiber vinyl wrap. the install was easy but time consuming.

tools required: exacto knife (or cheap asian "cutta" ones you see in tvb emo suicidal scenes). and a hair dryer (to generate heat to make vinyl pliable)

1) cut out the piece a little bigger than your netbook (stick out 1 inch on all sides)
2) peel off backing and lay it on
3) remove bubbles and ripples (vinyl is quite stiff so i removing the bubbles was easy)
4) heat up the edges and corners pulling the vinyl taut and pressing on the edges to ensure proper adhesion.
5) inspect your work and redo any areas you missed
6) cut away with your knife at the excess edges SLOWLY ( i cut too fast and my knife slipped and cut some of the vinyl that should stay on my netbook)
7) heat up the edges and corners again and press firmly on the sides

I will take better pics of the seams and edges later! these pics came out weird as my phone was running out of batteries...
if you have left over vinyl from your car, this would be a great weekend project! Practice ha chi d hor yee chi gor car! heh heh! lol

getting better!

nearly 2 weeks and still bruised. lol bruised on bottom but not visible on top? either that box knows 氣功 or my fractured bone did that lol. its not as abd as it looks cuz it doesnt hurt.

New Angel Eyes installed!

My swelling foot didn't phase me! Because this came in the mail today after 10 days!.

In with the new. These are GP Thunder 7500k 35w H8 bulbs to replace the OEM Phillips unit. for the car's corona rings or "angel eyes"




After a grueling 45 mins we managed to get everything snug and in place! now to test it out.

The dripping sweat, cut thumb, hot garage and me hopping and balancing on my left leg, wearing plastic gloves while installing was well worth it! I couldn't have done it without you! flants!

My dad opened up a small "personal sized" watermelon 2 nights ago because Nana bought it and didn't eat it! (just like her mint chocochip ice cream... ==) We were pleasantly surprised to find the watermelon not only sweet, juicy and without throat tingling "sand" but there was virtually no skin on the watermelon! look at the green skin, white skin and red meat ratio! wow! incredible and hence no watermelon for millie because she eats the white and pinkish skin. During that day i was still not used to walking in crutches and my underarms hurted quite a bit lol.

July 31st. woah we saw so many of these vintage cars this week in Richmond BC. there must be a meet going on. Probably saw around 6 to 10 of those cars from that same era! Nice rolling shot!!!! I wish I have the time to take rolling shots for my car. O well soon!!!

On the way to IKEA buying Detolf display cabinet and Malm 3 chest drawer, the Malm landed on my right foot as i was attempting to move it onto my car and this happened...

Thats life... one moment its all fun and games and the next, the unexpected. Gonna be out for 6 weeks. Ontop of that, I can't drive anymore and i still have exams at SFU. Oh and how will i walk around with the tour in Japan... Oh well at least i get to use the disabled sign for parking and i can say i broke my right arm and foot now :) Cool, maybe BS a crazy story to tell ppl. During this time I have to flants my JEJE ju for taking care of me and not minding my new look! and yesterday song ngo fan gong up to the doorstep! flants! =]=] jun hai ho dai sek a! MMMMMMMmmmma! reminds me of the time I got poisoned by salmon!
